Refund Policy

What This Policy Covers
Coder in 90 sells digital goods: pre-recorded, on-demand video courses with downloadable worksheets and written reference material. This refund policy applies to the pre-recorded course only. That is the entire paid product. Refund eligibility is judged against that scope and nothing else.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every self-paced, pre-recorded course purchase. If the course is not the right fit for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full price minus a 3% payment-processing fee (the non-recoverable Stripe fee). No questions asked, no justification required.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU Consumers and the 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you are an EU consumer and you have not yet started the course, you may also withdraw within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — see the Terms of Service §6. Once you start the course, you waive that right at checkout (Art. 16(m) digital-content exception); from that point the 30-day money-back guarantee above is the refund route.
Bonus Live Events Are Not Refund-Eligible
From time to time we may run free bonus live events for course buyers — for example, a community AMA, a Q&A call, or a one-off workshop. Bonus live events are not part of the paid product scope. They are extras, offered at our discretion and at no extra charge, and they are not refund-eligible. The price you paid is for the pre-recorded course; bonus live events come on top.
This means:
- Missing a bonus live event does not entitle you to a refund or a credit.
- If a bonus live event is rescheduled or cancelled, you are not entitled to compensation.
- The recorded course content remains the same regardless of whether any bonus live event takes place.
Free Resources
Webinars, cheatsheets, and other free resources do not require payment and are not subject to this refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@coderin90.com with your order details (purchase email + Stripe receipt). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations by Coder in 90
If we discontinue a pre-recorded course outright, you will receive a full refund automatically. We will notify you via the email address associated with your purchase.
